Scheduling an Appointment: All treatments are scheduled by appointment only. Please leave a voice message at 781-562-0479 or e mail me at Stephanie@studio4skincare.com. Messages and e mails will be returned within 24 hours.
24 hour cancellation notice is required: Please be considerate to the time reserved for your service. Clients who are unable to provide this notice are responsible for full payment of their missed appointment. Late Arrivals: If you show up late to your appointment, your scheduled service may need be shortened to remain on schedule with other scheduled clients.
Forms of Payment: Cash, personal Mass State checks, M/C, Visa, and AMEX are accepted.
Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be purchased in person or over the phone. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Products: Products may be purchased at the Studio or shipped to you. Please call or email in advance to make arrangements. Product returns may be done within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a full refund will be given on all unopened products and a Studio 4 credit will be issued for opened products.
